FOR THE FIRST SCRUB OF THE DAY FOLLOW THE ACORN 5 MINUTE PROTOCOL

• STEP 1: 1 minute – Applying MicroGuard Scrub, wash hands and arms up to 2.5cm above elbows. Use a nail pick to clean nails under running water. Rinse.
• STEP 2: 2 minutes – Reapply MicroGuard and keeping hand elevated above the elbows, wash hands and forearms to the elbow using circular hand motion. Rinse
• STEP 3: Repeat step 2 for 2 minutes.
